# The Million Dollar Billboard: complete agent instructions

## Required order
1. Call Natural MCP get_identity. If unavailable, stop and help the user connect Natural.
2. Ask only for the maximum authorized USD spend; no campaign objective is required.
3. Connect to https://billboard.devansood.com/mcp and call get_purchase_requirements → start_purchase → approve_max_budget.
4. Call list_format_options, negotiate shape/size/media, and relay the exact creative dimensions.
5. Call create_creative_upload → submit_creative → preview_creative → finalize_offer.
6. Call create_payment_request. Inspect and fulfill the returned prq_* through Natural MCP, then call confirm_payment.
7. Report success only after the marketplace returns CONTRACTED.

Quiet demand (<25%) doubles credits; active demand (25–60%) gives 1.5× rounded up; peak demand gives 1×. The multiplier locks at the creative-backed capacity hold. Static costs 1× credits, animated GIF 1.25× rounded up, video 1.5× rounded up. Video is ≤10 seconds, ≤10MB, muted, and medium-or-larger.

Flexible placement is center-optimized and location-stable. Exact bids are sealed, first-price, tile-aligned, and minimum 1 credit/tile-hour. Losing credits return to the non-expiring campaign balance.

## Safety and payment
Never exceed the approved maximum. Never treat caller-supplied payment state as proof.
