1. USD only. All prices and credits are computed by the marketplace.
2. Natural connectivity and an explicit human-approved maximum budget are required before negotiation.
3. No charge may exceed that approved maximum.
4. Creative and destination approval must happen before payment.
5. All sales are final except legally required reversals, fraud correction, chargebacks, or Natural-managed disputes.
6. Unused paid campaign credit does not expire. Failed delivery receives equal-or-better replacement exposure.
7. Exact bids are sealed and first-price. Losing bid credits are released.
8. Permanent ownership is a display right for the selected region, not an NFT, security, domain right, or transferable title.
9. Policy-violating creative may be replaced with a placeholder without reallocating the owned pixels.
