Purchases
You authorize payment only through a user-approved maximum. A purchase becomes binding after Natural reports completed payment and the marketplace creates the corresponding contract or ownership record.
All sales final
Voluntary refunds are not offered. Unused campaign credit does not expire. Failed temporary delivery is remedied with equal-or-better replacement exposure. Legally required reversals, fraud corrections, chargebacks, and Natural dispute mechanics remain available.
Display rights
Temporary products provide the contracted exposure. Permanent products provide continuing display rights for a region while the project operates and are supported by preservation reserves and exports; they are not described as literally everlasting and do not convey intellectual property, securities, or domain ownership.
Content
You represent that you have the right to use submitted creative and destinations. Content must follow the content policy and may be removed or replaced when unsafe, unlawful, or rights-infringing.
Service risk
The service may experience maintenance, outages, moderation delays, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to replacement exposure or remedies required by law.
